• Daisy Volunteer Appreciation Month
• "Lights, Camera, Laughter" Thursday, April 28th at 5:30 pm at Haymarket Theatre, join us for comedy performances by Lyp Schtick. Silent and live auctions will be held to raise money for services for women in need. This event is held in conjunction with NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) Cornhusker chapter.

May
• Lincoln Lutheran Choirs Spring Concert: We are invited to be the Special Outreach Partner for this event hosted on May 8th at 7:00 pm at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church 6001 A street, Lincoln, NE.

August
• The Daisy celebrates its 4 year anniversary
• Fresh Start celebrates its 20th anniversary: Thursday, August 4th at Hillcrest Country Club, 9401 "O" street, Lincoln, NE. Come join us for the celebration! Call Monica for tickets at 475-7777.

September
• Community Open House, Tuesday, Sept. 20th from 4:30 to 6:30pm
Come join us, tour the facility and meet the staff.
Light appetizers will be served.

November
• Project Funway: November 18: A joint event with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln- College of Textiles and Design, will be held in November 2011. This will be a design competition and will feature a silent auction. If you would like to be a sponsor or donate items for this event, or help with event planning, please contact Fresh Start at 475-7777. Last year's event SOLD OUT!
